TUESDAY: Loaded ham sandwiches, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, three bean salad, pears and pudding with cookie crumbs.
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, house salad, assorted dressing and pineapple chunks.
THURSDAY: Lemon baked fish, whole wheat rolls, peas, long grain wild rice, house salad, assorted dressing and grapes.
FRIDAY: Chef salad, turkey, ham, cheese, tomatoes, olives, onion, garlic bread sticks and berries in a cloud.
Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:
MONDAY: Center is closed for Independence Day.
TUESDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.
WEDNESDAY: Oven fried chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream, chives, steamed carrots, peas, garden salad, honey dressing, fruited gelatin dessert, cracked wheat bread and apple jelly.
THURSDAY: Baked pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, mixed green salad, French dressing, banana pudding, oranges and whole wheat bread.
FRIDAY: Corned beef hash, scrambled eggs, cantaloupe, V8 and orange juice.
Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:
MONDAY: Center is closed for Independence Day.
TUESDAY: Polish sausage, harvest salad, ranch style beans, cranberry juice, spiced peaches and red, white and blue ice cream sandwiches.
WEDNESDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, mustard greens, whole wheat bread and fresh apples.
THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe’s, onion roasted potatoes, baby carrots, celery sticks, yogurt dip and bananas.
FRIDAY: Open faced tuna melts, spring mix salad with dried cranberries, macaroni and cheese bake and German chocolate cake.
Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:
MONDAY: Center is closed for Independence Day.
TUESDAY: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches and cookies.
WEDNESDAY: Southwestern barbecue chicken burgers, baked beans, carrot sticks and pineapple chunks.
THURSDAY: Patty melts on rye bread, baked fries, carrot salad and mixed fruit.
FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bagels and cream cheese, jelly and pineapple chunks.
Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:
MONDAY: Center is closed for Independence Day.
TUESDAY: Chicken salad, stuffed tomatoes, celery, carrots and fruit.
WEDNESDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, spinach, dinner rolls and fruit.
THURSDAY: Picnic in the park, hot dogs, macaroni salad and Jell-O pudding cake.
FRIDAY: Tuna casserole salad, dinner rolls and fruit bars.
