Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Feb. 26. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
Elks Lodge, 515 N. Nevada St., scored 100 points.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 3815 S. Carson St., 93 points. The soap dispenser at the employee sink was inconveniently placed and not attached to the wall. Garbage storage container lids were not closed. There was no certified food handler on site.
