Carson City Pioneer High School students explore healthcare at Western Nevada College

Pioneer High School students explored careers in healthcare at a Certified Nursing Assistant Open House sponsored by Western Nevada College’s Division of Nursing and Allied Health on Friday.

Guest speakers outlined career pathways while students were treated to a tour of facilities. Don Bland, Pioneer High science teacher, said the open house was an excellent opportunity for students to see the big picture of what is available and within their reach.
