The Carson City Sheriff’s Office assisted the Washoe Tribe in responding to a possible homicide on tribal land Friday morning. CCSO received a call about 7 a.m. to assist to cover the scene where a Native American male in his 20s was found with a gunshot wound in a residence. The shooting happened on Wialaki Street west of Curry Street.
