Signature Landscapes merged operations with Celtic Lawn and Landscapes on Jan. 28. The newly expanded landscaping company will operate under the Signature Landscapes banner.

Representatives said the merge took place to better serve the Carson City, Dayton, Minden and Gardnerville area and prepare for Northern Nevada’s anticipated growth.

“We are excited to have Jay and the Celtic team join the Signature family here in the Carson area,” said Lebo Newman, managing partner and CEO of Signature Landscapes. “With all of the growth we and the area are experiencing, it’s nice to add additional professional folks to the staff! We look forward to serving all of the Celtic clients.”

Combining assets and operational skills ensures Signature Landscapes can provide the best possible services. Signature Landscapes brings an extensive horticultural background, knowledge, manpower and much deeper resources to Celtic’s already talented team for both landscape management and installation.

“Like Celtic, Signature Landscapes has been a part of the landscaping industry in our community for many years,” said Jay Graham, owner of Celtic Lawn and Landscape. “We are similar in our values and operations. It makes sense for our companies to combine so that we’re able to offer even more exceptional service to our current and potential customers.”

The merger provides upgraded equipment, new trucks, more crews, improved customer support and expanded services. Jay Graham, Celtic’s owner, is still involved in a new capacity at Signature Landscapes and is available to Celtic’s customers to assist in the transition.

Signature Landscapes will serve its current Carson City area base along with Celtic’s customers out of their Minden yard and office at 3180 Highway 395 to be central to all sites.
