SILVER DOLLAR: This past week, May 1 through 7, also was small business week. SILVER DOLLAR: To the 129 law enforcement officers in this state honored Thursday at the Nevada Police Officers Memorial Ceremony for paying the ultimate price in protecting us, including Carson City Sheriff’s Deputy Carl Howell, who died last year in the line of duty.
