NNDA’s March breakfast meeting will update the 2016 Real Estate market in Northern Nevada and how real estate capacity will shape the way the Sierra Region grows.

The meeting is scheduled for 7-8:30 a.m. March 23 at the Carson Nugget Ballroom.

Bruce Breslow, director of the Nevada Department of Business and Industry, will speak about our capacity for growth, the direction the State is headed, how they see Nevada growing, and the role workforce housing and schools will play in that growth.

In addition, a panel of commercial and residential real estate experts will give in-depth look at the current real estate market and how they see it changing as northern Nevada grows. Panel speakers include: Bob Fredlund, Coldwell Banker Select; Brad Bonkowski, NAI Alliance Carson City; Gary Longaker, Nevada Rural Housing Authority; and CJ Manthe, Nevada Housing Division.

Pre-event networking begins at 6:30 a..m. and includes coffee and danishes.
