Lauren Evans, owner/coach at EFAST, has teamed with Silver Sage Sports & Fitness Lab, a sports training center offering physiologic testing, biomechanical assessments and coaching services.
Evans is a USA track and field Level 2 certified coach, a USA cycling coach, and an ACE certified personal trainer. She was also a competitive runner in college.
