Panattoni Development Company’s recently completed Petco distribution center has been awarded Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Silver status by the United States Green Building Council.
Petco’s first ever ground up distribution center, the facility will support more than 1,200 Petco retail stores as well as e-commerce customers. The 770,650 square foot facility will expand and consolidate Petco’s West Coast distribution operations and will also provide a projected 150 jobs in northern Nevada.
