Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer, has signed a lease expansion with Clear Capital for 7,114 square feet in its 300 East 2nd Street building in Downtown Reno. Clear Capital is expanding from 18,581 square feet on the 14th floor at 300 East 2nd Street to take an additional 7,114 square feet.
