Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: BLTs, three-beans salad, cottage cheese and cranberry juice.

TUESDAY: Swiss steak over egg noodles, mixed vegetables, orange spinach salad, Italian bread, apple butter and fresh apples.

WEDNESDAY: Cobb salad with chicken, avocado, cucumbers, green onions, tomatoes, eggs, cheese and bacon bits, berries in a cloud and fruit juice.

THURSDAY: Salmon patties on buns, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, broccoli and mixed berries.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, red potatoes, mixed vegetables, garden salad, assorted dressing, peaches and gingerbread.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Turkey and Swiss cheese on grilled sourdough, winter blend vegetables, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Chicken cacciatore, glazed carrots, cucumbers with sour cream, whole wheat rolls, low-sodium margarine and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach, Italian dressing, garlic bread and fresh oranges.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cake.

FRIDAY: Glazed ham with pineapple, sweet potatoes, broccoli, whole wheat bread, margarine and baked apples.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Tuna fish sandwiches on whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, plain potato chips, fresh cantaloupe and ice cream sandwiches.

TUESDAY: Minestrone soup, cottage cheese and fresh fruit, chicken tenders and whole wheat crackers.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey, bacon and avocado ranch wraps, fruit salad, baby greens, poppy seed dressing and muffins.

THURSDAY: Lasagna, garlic bread, winter vegetables, watercress salad with raspberries, sunflower seeds, poppy seed dressing and frosted brownies.

FRIDAY: Lemon baked fish, baked potatoes, beet salad, broccoli and carrots, whole wheat bread with apple butter and honeydew melon.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Turkey and Swiss on grilled sourdough, winter blend vegetables, Tater Tots and Mandarin oranges.

TUESDAY: Patty melts on rye bread, baked beans, garden salad, Italian dressing and mixed fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach, Italian dressing, garlic bread and fresh oranges.

THURSDAY: Meatloaf, gravy, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cake.

FRIDAY: Chicken cacciatore, glazed carrots, cucumbers with sour cream, whole wheat rolls, low-sodium margarine and orange rice pudding.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Cheese steak quesadillas, rice and veggies.

TUESDAY: Chicken cacciatore, glazed carrots, cucumber salad, rolls and pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Cod in wine sauce, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and salad.

THURSDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, rolls and pineapple.

FRIDAY: Split pea soup, meatball subs, green bean salad and oranges.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Ham, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, biscuits and Jell-O pudding cake.

TUESDAY: Philly steak on rolls, seasoned potato wedges, vegetables and ice cream.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken, broccoli and rice, beet salad, bran muffins and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and rice pudding.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, dinner rolls and dessert.
