Trio appointed to new positions at United Federal Credit Union

Chuy Ampudia, Shawna Guarino and Roberto Castillo have been appointed to new positions at United Federal Credit Union.

Ampudia has been appointed branch manager of UFCU’s branch at 1350 E. William St., in Carson City.

Ampudia, a Carson City native, has several years of experience in the financial industry serving as a service manager, personal banker and teller.

Guarino was appointed business development manager by UFCU and will be based in the Reno area.

She has more than 10 years experience in the financial industry and has served as a branch manager, personal banker, training specialist and teller.

Guarino is studying for her bachelor’s degree in communications from Grand Canyon University.

Castillo was named a mortgage advisor and will be headquartered at UFCU’s branch at 1430 East Prater Way in Sparks.

Castillo is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Economic Development Association of Western Nevada.

He has been recognized by Sen. Harry Reid, Sen. Dean Heller, Congressman Mark Amodei, and Congressman Joe Heck for his contributions to Nevada homebuyers.
