Sierra Sid's in Sparks and Cal Neva in Reno recently contracted with TableTrac for its CasinoTrac online slot management system.

A week after CasinoTrac online slot management system was approved for Nevada group 1 and group 2 nonrestricted licensee casinos, Table Trac, Inc. on Aug. 22 announced its first casino system contract with downtown Reno's Club Cal Neva, quickly followed by Sierra Sid's casino in Sparks. The Nevada Gaming Control Board's Technology Division lab approved the system for group 1 and group 2 Nevada Licensees on Aug. 15. Club Cal Neva replaced its old online casino management system with Table Trac's system, the first new slot online management system that incorporates integrated cashless wagering ability to enter the market in Nevada in over a decade, according to a press release.  The system provides Club Cal Neva with Nevada compliant revenue reporting, innovative marketing features, unified operations enhancements, and compliance tools all in an operator friendly format backed by a U.S. based support team. "With the installation of CasinoTrac, the Club Cal Neva has the latest technology in Slot Systems, including player tracking that will better assist us in marketing to our customers," Jeff Siri, president of Club Cal Neva, stated. "The system is very user friendly and agile, making it very simple for our employees to learn how to manage their way throughout the system.  Additionally, the real time reporting makes managing our slot floor easier than ever. On Aug. 28,  Sierra Sid's  contracted with Table Trac for the CasinoTrac system. For over 45 years, Sierra Sid's has stood at the corner of Interstate 80 and McCarron Blvd. providing gaming and hospitality to both Sparks's residents and travelers on the interstate. "Sierra Sid's needed a unique system approach to patron rewards that addresses the diverse mix of travelers and locals in the player mix," Table Trac President Chad Hoehne said in a press release. "It is another great showcase for our newly approved system, and will benefit the location with its simple to learn screens, and operational alerts making staff more efficient and responsive to their guests." Marcy Barba, president of Sierra Sid's, stated, "Finding a casino system that met our needs, budget and unique circumstances has been a challenge. We were thrilled from our first meeting with CasinoTrac personnel, that finally, we might have hit the jackpot! Our wishes and hopes for a responsive, comprehensive and innovative system, coupled with a partnership mentality with our system provider, was met and exceeded with CasinoTrac. We couldn't be happier." Founded in 1995, Table Trac, Inc. (OTCQB: TBTC) designs, develops and sells casino information and management systems.
