People on the Move: Dianda Construction

Scott Higgins has been appointed general manager of Dianda Construction, a commercial and residential builder in the Reno-Tahoe region.

Higgins, who has more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, previously was operations manager for Dianda. He joined the general contracting and construction management firm in January 2017 to develop a commercial, resort and multi-family residential group.

Higgins earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is also a LEED Green Associate.
