Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Dec. 7. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
King of Kings, 2419 Dori Way, Suite 3, scored 100 points.
The Cracker Box, 402 E. William St., 99 points. End caps were missing from the covers of the fluorescent lighting in the kitchen.
Yang’s Kitchen, 111 E. Telegraph St., 95 points. Some items weren’t labeled and dated. The blade on the can opener was dirty, as were the exterior surfaces of the reach-in refrigerators.
