Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for Dec. 15. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
Cowboy’s Liquor, 444 E. William St., Suite 5, scored 100 points.
L.A. Bakery, 220 W. John St., 100 points.
Casino Fandango, Shinsen Sushi, 3800 S. Carson St., 99 points. An inadequate amount of sanitizer was found in a cleaning bucket.
Casino Fandango, Ti Amo, 3800 S. Carson St., 98 points. Food on top of the reach-in refrigerators was being stored between 42 and 45 degrees, instead of the required 41 degrees or below.
Jack in the Box, 309 E. William St., 98 points. Time monitoring equipment, the grill top and floors behind the line equipment and in the freezer walk-in needed to be cleaned.
