Trump isn’t at fault for immigration debacle

Don’t blame Trump. He’s not responsible for this immigration mess.

Blame the lying politicians who, in 1986, said that after they gave amnesty to the current 3.2 million illegal immigrants they would fix the system and control future immigration. Not only did they not fix the system, in 30 years they’ve attacked anyone who has tried to do anything about it. They let businesses, the big magnet who hires them, off the hook of responsibility. They didn’t stop sanctuary towns and cities from protecting them from ICE, allowing those towns and cities to provide privileges and services creating another magnet.

Blame the businesses thatß want cheap, compliant labor, the politicians who planned on their support and future votes, schools who don’t care where their students come from because they get paid by head count, and the churches who want to fill their pews. There’s lots of big money involved.

People voted for Trump because he was the only candidate who said he was going to do what the others have been lying about doing for 30 years.

The turmoil and anxiety that’s happening now would not be happening if the politicians had done what they said they would do and should have done 30 years ago. They built a house of cards and now it’s coming apart. They created a sense of entitlement, and a flagrant disregard for law. We now see hundreds of thousands of in-your-face, arrogant people in the streets, demanding rights to which they have no right.
