Nevada State Apartment Association selects Education Alliance of Washoe County

The Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA), a not-for-profit organization, provides the Nevada multi-housing industry with legislative support, education and community outreach, recently adopted the Education Alliance of Washoe County as its charity of choice for the second year in a row.

Susy Breckon, executive director of the NVSAA, presented the Education Alliance with a check for $1,350.

Additionally, the NVSAA rallied apartment communities to donate supplies for the Teachers’ Warehouse in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Week. They collected more than three pallets of classroom supplies for the Teachers’ Warehouse where WCSD teachers can shop for free for classroom items.
