Northern Nevada International Center’s Black joins support of State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development

Carina Black, the first executive director of the Northern Nevada International Center at the University of Nevada, Reno, joined state leaders from across the United States in Washington D.C. on June 13-14 to urge Nevada lawmakers on Capitol Hill to fully fund the State Department and U.S. Agency for International Development in the wake of the Trump Administration’s proposal to slash funding by 32 percent.
