Judith T. Horgan, a child advocate and founder of Child Watch of Pittsburgh, has been elected to its Board of Directors of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ), based in Reno.

Horgan has served on the boards of Allies for Children, the Children, Youth & Families Advisory Committee, the Shuman Center Task Force, Nurture PA, the Children’s Home of Pittsburgh, the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, Beginning with Books and Allegheny College. She resides in Pittsburgh, Pa.
