Carson City road report for March 27-April 2, 2017

The following information applies to the period of March 27-April 2:

Lane closures or restrictions expected at the following locations due to road/utility work. Please use caution:

U.S. 50 at the U.S. 395 intersection will be reduced to one lane in each direction for approximately three weeks for freeway improvements

South Carson Street between Clear Creek and Snyder avenues will have the northbound travel lanes reduced to two lanes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

Monte Rosa between Stanton Drive and Selby Street will have narrowed lanes from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.

Edmonds Drive between Livermore Lane and Snyder Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday.

Flood related activities at the following locations are underway, please use caution near work crews:

Combs Canyon Road between Vista Ariana Drive and Lakeview Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Kings Canyon Road between Longview Way and Custer Circle will be reduced to one lane with flaggers from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday.

Sierra Vista Lane south of Pinion Hills Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Rhodes Street from Curry Street west will have work crews periodically from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.
