Dr. William Povolny joins Carson Tahoe Medical Group

William Povolny, MD, has joined the acclaimed network of physicians at Carson Tahoe Medical Group. Dr. Povolny has been practicing internal medicine in the Reno area for the past 30 years.

Carson Tahoe Medical Group looks for physicians with exceptional qualifications and knowledge, to assist in advancing the quality of healthcare provided to the community. As an expert in internal medicine and primary care for adults 18 and older, Dr. Povolny is helping Carson Tahoe ensure the availability of quality care for the rapidly growing south Reno area. Internal medicine physicians specifically work to prevent, diagnose, and treat adult diseases.

Dr. Povolny attended medical school at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and completed his residency training locally at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. Dr. Povolny is currently accepting new patients in Carson Tahoe’s south Reno location; 6880 S. McCarran Blvd. Suite 4.
