Food Bank of Northern Nevada’s Jamason named to bank’s new advisory council

Cherie Jamason, president and CEO of the Food Bank of Northern Nevada in McCarran, has been named an initial member of the Twelfth District Community Advisory Council, a group launched by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

The group composed of leaders of nonprofit and community organizations from throughout the will provide the a diverse, on-the-ground perspective on issues impacting communities throughout the northern California and Nevada region.

Jamason’s term will end in 2018.
