Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, California blend veggies, spinach salad, garlic bread sticks, fruit cocktail and apple juice.

TUESDAY: Beef stew over noodles, garden salad, buttermilk biscuits, honey and Chantilly fruit cups.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey with cranberry sauce, yams, string beans, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie.

THURSDAY: Center is closed for Thanksgiving.

FRIDAY: Center is closed for Thanksgiving.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine and peach cobbler.

TUESDAY: Chili cheese baked potatoes, steamed carrots, whole wheat banana muffins, peach butter, blueberry yogurt and orange banana juice.

WEDNESDAY: Low-sodium tomato soup, holiday subs, baby carrots and fresh bananas.

THURSDAY: Center is closed for Thanksgiving.

FRIDAY: Center is closed for Thanksgiving.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Green chile chicken enchiladas, lettuce and tomato, salsa and sour cream, Spanish rice, refried beans and ice cream sandwiches.

TUESDAY: Stuffed cabbage rolls, steamed carrots, egg noodles, garlic bread and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey and stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, pomegranate, pear, pecan and Brie salad with balsamic vinaigrette, sweet potatoes, squash casserole, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and pumpkin pie.
