The buyer purchased the 72,845-square-foot, seven-story Silver Vista Professional Office Building at 205 S. Sierra Street in Reno for $5.1 million. Trevor Richardson of Dickson Commercial Group represented the buyer.

The tenant, who recently acquired Wun Systems, leased 3,343 square feet at 515 Double Eagle Court, Suite 205, in Reno. Fred Jayet of Re/MAX Premier Properties represented the tenant. Kevin Sigstad represented the landlord, Walter Wilkinson Trust B.

The tenant leased approximately 1,664 square feet at 1575 Delucchi Lane, Suite 222, in Reno. Melissa Molyneaux and Landon Gonzalez of Colliers International Reno represented the landlord, Meadow Wood Crown Plaza Inc.

Molsby & Bordner LLP

The tenant leased approximately 2,876 square feet at 527 S. Arlington Avenue in Reno. Melissa Molyneaux and Landon Gonzalez of Colliers International Reno represented the tenant and landlord, George J. Georgeson.

Clear Capital

The tenant expanded its lease with an additional 7,114 square feet at its office on the 14th Floor at 300 E. 2nd St. in Reno. Dominic Brunetti and Scott Shanks of Dickson Commercial Group represented the landlord, Basin Street Properties.

Elemental LED

The company added an additonal 13,200 square feet to its lease at its space at the South Valley Commercial Center in South Reno.

CGLRR Trust

The company purchased the 11,700-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 640 Orrcrest Drive in Reno for $11,060,000. Lindy Deller and Tom Fennell with Dickson Commercial Group represented the buyer.

539 Vista Boulevard, Sparks

An undisclosed buyer purchased the 8,565-square-foot space in Sparks. Ronald Sheehan with Avison Young Western Alliance Commercial Inc., represented the seller, Sunset Pointe Group, LLC.

Reno Lumber

The company purchased 4.8 acres for expansion plans at the corner of Lamotte Road and Arrowhead Drive in Carson City. Bruce Robertson of NAI Alliance represented the buyer. Andie Wilson and Brad Bonkowski of NAI Alliance Carson City represented the seller.

Campfyre LLC

The tenant leased approximately 3,264 square feet at 9410 Prototype Drive, Suite 20, in Reno. Bryce Wiele of Colliers International Reno represented the tenant.

The tenant leased approximately 96,000 square feet at 9085 Moya Blvd. in Sparks. Chris Fairchild and Greg Shutt of Colliers International Reno represented the tenant.

LBA Realty

The company purchased the 423,001-square foot Mary’s Gone Crackers headquarters, manufacturing and distribution facility at 9460 N. Virginia St. in Reno for $29.5 million. JLL and Kidder Mathews represented CP Logistics NVCC Building A-2, LLC, a joint venture between CalSTRS and Panattoni Development Company, in the transaction.

The company purchased an 11.13-acre parcel of land at 770 South Meadows Parkway, Suite 110, in Reno. The seller is Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center, LLC. Mathew Harris and Ronald Sheehan with Avison Young Western Alliance Commercial Inc., represented the buyer.
