The Reno Bighorns basketball club has partnered with a local community organization, Project Bear Hugs are hosting a donation drive for Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma relief efforts this Sunday, Oct. 1.
The drive is set from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Reno Events Center, 400 N. Center St. Participants have the opportunity to receive coffee, bagels for dropping off their donations. They also will have the chance to meet the Lady Bighorns Dance Team and the Bighorns mascot, Bruno.
The Bighorns are a member of the NBA G-League and an affiliate of the NBA’s Sacramento Kings.
