Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive:

MONDAY: Taco casserole, peas, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, fresh melon.

TUESDAY: Chicken nuggets, house salad, French fries, whole wheat rolls, diced peaches, walnuts and pineapple.

WEDNESDAY: Chili relleno, Mexican corn, three bean salad, refried beans, berries on a cloud, churro.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joe on whole wheat bun, peas and carrots, spinach salad, apple crisp.

FRIDAY: Baked fish, rice pilaf, corn, carrot salad, whole wheat rolls, fresh fruit.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese sandwich, sliced tomato, chopped romaine, low-fat and low-sodium French dressing, fresh kiwi.

TUESDAY: Sweet Italian sausage with red peppers and onions, whole wheat cooked elbow macaroni, steamed broccoli, mixed greens, low-sodium Italian dressing, fresh banana.

WEDNESDAY: Mexican tortilla soup with black beans, shrimp and avocado, salad with tomatoes on a bed of lettuce, low-sodium tortilla chips, fresh mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Liver and onions/Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat roll, margarine, mixed fruit, cookie.

FRIDAY: Hot turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with mushrooms, mixed berry crisp.
