Letters to the Editor for Jan. 23, 2019

In memory of Deborah Lynn Kissick

Well, it’s hard to say goodbye to anyone, but we had to say that to Deb. Thank you, everyone, for the letters, cards, wishes and especially the donations to St. Jude’s and the American Cancer Society. All of you made the service and reception so special for Cam and Clay. They didn’t really know just how many friends their mother had. I would like to extend thanks from her family and mine for everything and all the years that you were friends and supportive members of all that she stood for. We all lost something very special and dear, so this should remind you not to let any moment slip away. Our families truly thank you for every moment we were able to share together. Just remember how Debi loved everyone and your life will be better knowing how simple it is to forgive and love. Thank you.

The Kissick and Hoffman families

With the passing of our mother Edna Miller

Our family would like to thank all those who have reached out to us with condolences and kind thoughts for our loss.

Edna loved crocheting, knitting and was a talented seamstress. She learned many resourceful skills and could fix and repair almost anything, a talent she used often to benefit her family and grandchildren.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

We will miss you
