Sierra Nevada Properties has announced a series of promotions throughout their company, according to an April 8 press release. Julianne Holt has been named branch manager of the company’s Fernley office. Holt joined Sierra Nevada Properties in 2017 and received her broker’s license in March 2021. She will support the team of nine agents working throughout Fernley, Hazen, Silver Springs and the surrounding areas.
Klotz
Mona Klotz has been named manager of the property management division. Since joining the company in 2017, Klotz has been an agent and property manager, managing an extensive portfolio of rental properties throughout northern Nevada. Her responsibilities included managing the property management team, including overseeing growth and advancement of the team and the division as a whole.
Bitz
Spencer Bitz has been named performance director, where he will work from the main Reno office managing the company’s internal Performance Series, a mentoring program that connects top agents with the entire team to foster growth. Bitz has been an agent with Sierra Nevada Properties since 2014.
Gothan
Lastly, Eric Gothan has been named branch manager of the Fallon office, where he will support the team of 11 agents serving Fallon, Hawthorne, Walker Lake, Lovelock and surrounding areas. Gothan has been with Sierra Nevada Properties since 2012.
