Nominations are underway for the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association’s 15th annual Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places To Work contest. The deadline to nominate a business is Jan. 28.
The Places to Work program was designed in 2008 to honor organizations that deliver outstanding work experience, according to NNHRA.
After nominations close, a survey period opens from Jan. 31 to March 4. Based on surveys completed by employees, businesses gain insight into several areas, such as employee engagement, leadership development, employee recognition, recruitment, manager involvement, and turnover and retention.
Dolan Auto Group, Prominence Health Plan, KPS3, PK Electrical, Inc., and Sala Family Dentistry were first-place winners in the 2021 contest.
