Ashwini Prasad

The Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants (NVCPA) recently elected Ashwini Prasad, CPA, as the group’s 2021-22 Chair of the Board of Directors.
Prasad has served on the board for several years, according to a June 11 press release. She is an Executive Branch Auditor for the Governor’s Finance Office for the State of Nevada and has experience with Big 4 and small firm accounting companies.
Prasad earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno.
She has her CIA from the Institute of Internal Auditors and her CGMA from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
