Reno-based engineering consulting company CFA, Inc. announce recently that Maria Ippolito has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
According to a Feb. 16 press release, during the past five years at CFA as controller, Ippolito has managed the financial accounting and reporting for the firm as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources.
“She has been instrumental in streamlining operational processes resulting in maximum efficiency giving project managers and technical staff more time focus on clients and projects,” according to the release. “Her strong financial and human resources background has been critical in navigating CFA through the many changes in the firm in recent years.”
In her new role, Ippolito will expand responsibilities to work directly with firm president Kevin German to assist in managing overall company operation and profitability as well as collaboration with CFA’s three departments and department managers to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
