Dan and Mary Wink, owners of the Northern Nevada franchise of CertaPro Painters, were recently named one of the top five finalists for CertaPro’s most prestigious award, the CertaCup.
The The CertaPro Painters of Reno branch, located at 1455 Deming Way in Sparks, has been open for roughly 1.5 years.
According to a March 4 statement from the company, it marks only the second rookie franchise to ever be finalist for the award; there are nearly 400 CertaPro Painters businesses across North America.
“We employed a strategy to quickly create a local brand by capitalizing on marketing strategies and have since maintained a perfect review presence, gaining 5 stars on every review platform,” the Winks said in a statement. “We are thrilled to be one of the five franchises — out of 400 — to be considered for this award because we truly put our heart into running this business under the values and service taught by the CertaPro organization.”
According to the company, to become a finalist for the CertaCup, the “franchisee and their team must practice the company’s values, consistently deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and demonstrate growth in his/her residential and commercial painting business to be considered for this coveted award.”
The CertaPro Painters of Reno team was recognized during a virtual conference in January.
