Barraza currently serves as a Property Manager for Nevada Commercial Services, Inc., managing various commercial properties in the region.
She joined the company in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant; moved up to Assistant Property Manager; and eventually obtained her real estate license, allowing her to move to a Property Manager in 2019.

The ACoM is awarded to those who meet the standards set by IREM for commercial real estate professionals, according to a March 18 press release.
An intensive schedule of classes and an examination, plus at least one year of industry experience are among the stringent criteria required to become an ACoM.
