Before this Court are self-represented Joint Petitioners, Wendy, and Jason Chapman. and their Petition to Terminate Parental Rights of Natural Mother Candice Whitmore and John Doe Father filed on September 7, 2021. This matter was submitted for decision on September 7, 2021. 

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING, this ORDER shall serve as NOTICE that this matter is now set for a termination of parental rights hearing on December 2, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. 

Said hearing will be 

in person at the Humboldt County Courthouse, located at 50 W. 5th Street, 

Winnemucca, Nevada.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Joint Petitioners shall serve Candice Whitmore and John Doe Father by publication pursuant to NRCP 4.4(b) (5). Said publication shall be made in the Sparks Tribune. or any other newspaper or periodical that is “reasonably calculated to give {Ms. Whitmore and John Doe Father} actual notice of the proceedings, “at least once a week for a period of four (4) weeks NRCP 4.4(c) (4)(A).
