NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to Section 64.025, of the Nevada Revised Statutes, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that NATHAN T. LUCK is the Successor Trustee of the Ritter Living Trust dated August 25, 2016, as Amended and Restated. GEORGE W. RITTER, III, Grantor of the above-name Trust, died on September 22, 2020, and JO ANN SNYDER RITTER, Grantor of the above-named Trust, died on May 17, 2021. Any creditor having a claim against this Trust Estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
