AMENDED NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on
October 7, 2021, Petitioners Carolyn Bufkin
and Ashley Baker, by and through their
counsel of record, MARK A. GOODMAN,
ESQ. of GOODMAN LAW CENTER, filed
with this Court a Petition for Confirmation of
Proposed Plan of Distribution (“Petition”). A
hearing on the Petition was set for November
3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Due to the timing of
the publication and the Thanksgiving Holiday,
the new date and time for the Hearing is
December 1, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. All persons
interested are notified to appear and show
cause why the Petition should not be granted.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that
this hearing will be conducted by telephone
conference. Any person wishing to be heard
on this matter shall call into the hearing
five minutes prior to the hearing time using
