NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Administrator, RONALD ADOLFO MARTINEZ has
been duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on October 14, 2021 as Administrator of the
Estate of JUAN MARTINEZ-CRUZ, deceased.
All creditors having claims against said estate are required to file the same, with the proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication, or
mailing of this notice, or their claim will be forever barred.
Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned does hereby affirm that this document does not
contain the social security number of any person.
