Valley Realty and Management has purchased office space at 302 E. William St., in Carson City for $580,000.
Nevada State Development Corp., helped facilitate the financing package, which included minor tenant improvements in conjunction with Plumas Bank.
Valley Realty and Management markets itself as a one-stop source for real estate services within Carson City, Dayton, Minden, Gardnerville and surrounding areas. The VRAM staff is composed of highly experienced professionals who are long-term local residents dedicated to serving clients.
VRAM also provides professional property management services to investors handling single-family and multi-family properties, apartments, and condominiums. In addition to the Carson City location, VRAM maintains a home office in Dayton.
