People: Chase Houston promoted to senior vice president at NAI Alliance

NAI Alliance has promoted Chase Houston to senior vice president.
Houston has proven himself to be one of Northern Nevada’s top-producing commercial real estate professionals. He joined NAI in 2016, received summit awards rising star award in 2017, NAIOP developing leader award in 2019 and his society of industrial and office realtors’ designation in 2020. Most recently, Houston was honored with CoStar’s Q4 2021 power broker quarterly deals award.
Houston specializes in office sales and investment transactions, including tenant representation, project leasing, investment sales and owner/user sales.
He is a member of the national association of industrial and office properties, the industry’s commercial real estate development association, and recently marketed and completed the largest office lease in Northern Nevada history at Panasonic’s brand-new location at 645 E. Plumb Lane in Reno.
