Global Aerospace and national security company Sierra Nevada Corporation has welcomed Frank Peloso as its new senior vice president of human resources.
Peloso will oversee SNCs HR function and lead development and execution of SNCs people strategy. Peloso joined SNC in June and has nearly 20 years of experience leading HR initiatives at global aerospace and defense corporations.
Peloso will leverage his extensive A&D background to identify talent and organizational strengths to build and scale the company’s HR capabilities, operations, and functions to support evolving business priorities as SNC continues to grow.
In his role as senior vice president of HR, Peloso oversees the HR functional area including HR ops, benefits and total rewards, learning and development, HR business partners, talent acquisition, and ID&E. He is based at SNCs Rocky Mountain Campus in Englewood, Colorado.
