NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified Co-Successor Trustees of the Louis and Mildred Kolar Family Trust dated July 8, 2004. Settlor Mildred F. Kolar died February 26, 2013; Settlor Louis C. Kolar died on July 12, 2022. A creditor having a claim against settlor Louis C. Kolar and against the trust estate must file such claim with the undersigned at either address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
