RED Development has announced The Phoenix and SolBaked Café and Bakeshop as the newest tenants at the Outlets at Legends. The Phoenix at Legends, a dining and entertainment experience featuring Americana themed cuisine located adjacent to Scheels and across from IMAX, serves as the center’s first full-service dining and entertainment venue. The Phoenix offers a variety of cuisines, including smoked barbecue, steak and seafood. Beverage offerings include a fine selection of wines, ales, and Nevada-born crafts, along with a wine, whiskey and espresso bar, and a patio dining experience. The tenant also showcases staged entertainment for guests to enjoy including music, dancing, and comedy. SolBaked Café and Bakeshop, a gourmet café located on the corner next to Grimaldi’s and IMAX, offers various freshly made bakery items including locally roasted coffee, grab-n-go sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads as well as breads, pastries, and other sweets.
