Silver State International has announced Lane Powell has made the president’s club in the U.S./Canada general manger category.
Powell, general manager of leasing, has more than 10 years of experience in the trucking industry. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of the leasing divisions, Idealease and PacLease. Powell served as a tank technician in the U.S. Army and holds numerous certifications from Paccar, Cummins, ASE, and the U.S. Army.
In 2019, he worked directly with the corporate team at Idealease and the National Private Truck Council to host a safety seminar, which was well attended by fleet owners and managers from all over the region.
Additionally, he has been instrumental in relief efforts throughout the region, spearheading truck donations allowing supplies to be delivered to disasters such as the Camp Fire.
His efforts in providing aid were recognized by Idealease Cares, a recognition initiative bringing awareness to the collective community service, charitable causes, and contributions of Idealease locations across North America.
