People: Amber Rudnick joins Holland & Hart

Holland & Hart is pleased to announce associate Amber Rudnick has joined Holland & Harts environmental practice in Reno.

Rudnick assists renewable energy developers, mining companies, and water purveyors with a range of environmental permitting and compliance matters.

She assists clients in preparing regulatory filings, tax incentives and abatements, and other aspects of project finance and development.

Rudnick also helps clients with developers, lenders, and equity investors in large project finance transactions for energy production, storage, and transmission projects. Rudnick received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
