Atlanta-based ExpressJet Airlines recently announced two additions to the commercial team of its leisure brand aha! — Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist Emily Cruz and Marketing Coordinator Janine Vicente. Cruz and Vicente are part of aha!’s commercial team based at the Reno Tahoe International Airport, according to a Dec. 17 press release. Cruz brings 13 years of hospitality experience and five years of revenue management/analysis experience to her role. She specializes in pricing and revenue management and is responsible for daily reports, inventory management, analysis and fare pricing, according to the release. She’s held previous roles in the market at the Eldorado and Silver Legacy resorts in Reno.
Janine Vicente
Vicente is responsible for overseeing marketing and community relations for aha! in Reno and all communities aha! serves in the western U.S. She previously worked eight years at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in various marketing and sales roles. “We are excited to welcome both Emily and Janine to the team. Each brings years of experience to their positions and, specifically, a comprehensive understanding of the particulars of the local market,” Subodh Karnik, chairman and CEO of ExpressJet Airlines, said in a statement. “The Reno-based positions underscore the commitment of aha! to our home base and the greater Reno Tahoe community.” ExpressJet Airlines launched aha!, which it describes as “air-hotel-adventure” leisure brand, in October out of Reno-Tahoe International Airport. It offers nonstop service to several midsize western markets.
