The Nevada Builders Alliance recently announced its new board of directors for 2022, naming Jim Feser, project manager for Carson City-based Miles Construction, as the new board president.

“I’m honored to have been elected as the 2022 board president and to lead alongside such distinguished members of the construction industry,” Feser said in a statement. “As we continue to strengthen our industry, and evolve during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will prioritize existing benefits that help support our more than 1,000 members and look at new opportunities for growth in our dynamic industry.”

According to a Jan. 3 press release, Brandon Hill from Carter Hill Homes and Ray Van Winkle from Sierra View Equipment will serve as first and second vice presidents, respectively, in 2022. New leadership members include Mike Railey from Christie Corp., Micah Lack of Lumos Engineering and Ty Nebe from Plumas Bank.

“Jim’s leadership and dedication to the industry are exactly what our organization needs as we continue to work for the betterment of the industry throughout Nevada,” Aaron West, CEO of Nevada Builders Alliance, said in a statement. “Working alongside Jim, we will continue to promote workforce development and educating young adults on the benefits of pursuing a career in the construction industry.”
