Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting, a cleaning and disinfecting service provider based in Alpharetta, Georgia, is seeking franchise expansions across several U.S. markets, including Reno. According to a Jan. 6 press release, the targeted expansion comes at a time when Jan-Pro “small business owners are on the front lines of the fight against cold and flu season, in addition to COVID-19.”
Aside from Reno, the brand is targeting Albuquerque, New Mexico; Madison, Wisconsin; Des Moines, Iowa; Wichita, Kansas; Fort Wayne and South Bend, Indiana; and Blacksburg, Roanoke and Lynchburg, Virginia.
“Each of these seven states present an incredible opportunity for brand expansion,” Gary Bauer, Brand President of Jan-Pro Systems International, said in a statement. “With the flu and cold season at its peak and the potentially dangerous one-two punch with a new COVID-19 variant, now is the perfect time for Jan-Pro Cleaning & Disinfecting to expand their presence so they can continue to help protect employees and customers at businesses of all kinds.”
Total cost to become a Jan-Pro regional developer ranges from $127,500-$769,000, and includes office space, marketing and franchise licensing fees, and working capital, according to the press release.
