40-unit luxury condo development coming to Incline Village

Chase International announced this month a spring 2022 groundbreaking for “Nine 47 Tahoe,” a 40-unit luxury condo development planned on 2 acres at corner of Tahoe and Southwood boulevards in Incline Village.
“Nine 47 Tahoe will be a premier destination where work and play seamlessly blend into the lifestyle that comes with homeownership in the tax-friendly town of Incline Village, Nevada,” Stacey Hanna, luxury Realtor with Chase International, said in a Jan. 14 statement.
According to a Jan. 14 press release, residences include two, three, four bedrooms and penthouse units ranging in size from 1,525 to 4,171 square feet. Condos are available on a pre-sale basis and range from $2.5 million to over $7 million.
As of mid-January, 18 of the units were already reserved.
The project is a joint venture between Palcap FFIF LLC and Greenwood Homes, which will oversee the project and is based in Incline Village.
Reno’s Collaborative Design Studio is the architect of record, Plenium Builders of Reno is general contractor, and San Francisco-based HSH Interiors is the designer. The project team also includes Lew Feldman of Zephyr Cove-based Feldman Thiel LLP.
