undersigned is the duly appointed and

qualified Trustee of the Denise L. Lercari Trust

dated July 12, 2011. Denise L. Lercari, the

settlor of said Trust, died on June 25, 2022.

A creditor having a claim against the settlor or

against the trust estate must file such claim

below within ninety (90) days after the first

publication of this notice.
